I had a custom ring made at different jeweler. I was not completely satisfied and that jeweler said what I wanted could not be done. BVW was recommended so decided to see what they had to say. They were able to do exactly what I wanted. Ring is absolutely beautiful. I would, however, recommend being completely clear on what you want. I wasn't and it took longer to complete than I expected. But that was on me. Once I communicated my wishes they followed to tee.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I was able to use stones from my grandmothers wedding ring and incorporate them into a custom setting. They even guided me to a better stone (wanted Morganite but they said it was too soft) and spent a few weeks trying to find the perfect one for me - and did! We had multiple back and forth to get it exactly right, but I love it and wouldn't change a thing. Such an awesome experience!
