Responsibilities
At BVW Jewelers, you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, and your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all jewelry customers.
- Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items.
- Demonstrating product knowledge and providing information about different types of jewelry.
- Conducting product demonstrations and explaining features as well as benefits to customers.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean, organized jewelry display area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- New jewelry careers and available.
Requirements
To join our team and explore a fulfilling jewelry career, we require:
- At least 2 years of jewelry sales experience or a related field is a MUST.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Multilingual skills are a plus.
- Knowledge of wireless or technology sales is beneficial.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: $20 - $25.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 per week
- Shift: 8-hour shifts, Day shifts, Tuesday to Friday, Weekends as needed.
