BVW Jewelers Return Policy
12-Day Return Window You have 12 days from the date you receive your jewelry to initiate a return. Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Initiating a Return To begin the return process, please contact us at sales@bvwjewelers.com. Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately for assistance.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Custom orders, including special orders and personalized jewelry
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges For exchanges, please return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new jewelry piece.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that processing times can vary for banks or credit card companies.
